3. User Registration

  • Provide a valid Indian mobile number and accurate contact details.
  • All course materials and alerts will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Course Access and Content

Course materials provided (PDFs, videos, quizzes, etc.) are for personal learning only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Displayed prices (e.g., ₹179) are final unless explicitly discounted.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless under special terms (e.g., duplicate payments).

6. Communication

By enrolling, you agree to receive WhatsApp/SMS/email updates regarding your enrolled course and promotional updates.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse course materials or share them publicly.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our platform.
  • Violate applicable laws while using our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on NYX(CODE-PULSE) is copyrighted and owned by the platform. Unauthorized reuse is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Termination

Level Up is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from use of the platform or services.

13. Refund Policy

If any case your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 10 to 15 business day to the original payment method.
